GoHighLevel verbinden

So schickt Webinar Studio deine Webinar-Leads über einen Webhook direkt in deinen GoHighLevel-Workflow. Einmal aktivieren, pro Webinar den Webhook-Link eintragen.
Kurz gesagt: GoHighLevel aktivierst du EINMAL (ohne Feld). Den Webhook-Link erstellst du in GoHighLevel und trägst ihn pro Webinar ein.

Webhook in GoHighLevel anlegen

Der Webhook-Link ist dein Ziel.
  1. In GoHighLevel: Automation → Workflows → neuer Workflow.
  2. Als Auslöser „Inbound Webhook" wählen — die Webhook-Adresse kopieren.
  3. Danach im Workflow die Aktion „Create/Update Contact" ergänzen.

In Webinar Studio aktivieren

Nur anschließen — kein Feld nötig.
  1. Öffne Verbindungen → wähle GoHighLevel.
  2. Klick auf Aktivieren — fertig.
Der Webhook-Link kommt NICHT hier rein, sondern pro Webinar.

Im Webinar zuweisen

Pro Webinar trägst du den passenden Webhook-Link ein.
  1. Webinar → Schritt 3 (E-Mails) → „CRM-Ziele für dieses Webinar".
  2. Bei GoHighLevel den Webhook-Link für dieses Webinar einfügen.
  3. Speichern — Leads laufen an diesen Workflow, mit den Ereignissen im JSON.
Nichts eingetragen = nichts gesendet.
Empfehlung Opt-in: Bestätigung + Nachfass-Mails über unser System (Double-Opt-In an); Übergabe an GoHighLevel ist auch möglich.

Connect GoHighLevel

This is how Webinar Studio sends your webinar leads through a webhook straight into your GoHighLevel workflow. Activate once, then enter the webhook link per webinar.
In short: You activate GoHighLevel ONCE (no field to fill in). You create the webhook link in GoHighLevel and enter it per webinar.

Create a webhook in GoHighLevel

The webhook link is your target.
  1. In GoHighLevel: Automation → Workflows → new workflow.
  2. Choose "Inbound Webhook" as the trigger — copy the webhook address.
  3. Then add the "Create/Update Contact" action to the workflow.

Activate in Webinar Studio

Just connect — no field needed.
  1. Open Connections → select GoHighLevel.
  2. Click Activate — done.
The webhook link does NOT go in here — you enter it per webinar.

Assign it in the webinar

For each webinar you enter the matching webhook link.
  1. Webinar → Step 3 (Emails) → "CRM targets for this webinar".
  2. Under GoHighLevel, paste the webhook link for this webinar.
  3. Save — leads flow to this workflow, with the events included in the JSON.
Nothing entered = nothing sent.
Opt-in recommendation: Confirmation + follow-up emails via our system (double opt-in on); handover to GoHighLevel is also possible.
